Wanting to bypass the 30 day period after shutting off FIND MY

I would like some instructions on how I can NOT have to wait 30 days after turning off FIND MY on iCloud.com. I’m needing to trade my iPhone in to Verizon ASAP. It would be my 16 yr old daughter’s iPhone. She is on my Verizon account, I ay the bill.
