Asking me to "Enter Passcode for Your Other iPhone" when setting up my new iPhone

Recently bought a new iPhone, in the process of setting up and logging into my iClouds profile, keeps asking me to enter the passcode for my other iphone. I don't have any other iphone, my old phone was reset, cleared and sold. Can't remember the passcode.

Are you using "restore from backup" from the old phone while setting up the new phone?

Try setting up the new phone using the "do not transfer anything" option.
