iPhone 13 Pro Max glitches and loses data after the latest update
My phone started glitching after the latest update. 2 days ago, I picked up the phone to use it and realize that the touch feature was not responding. The only thing I could do is turn it off. I couldn’t even ask Siri to assist. I ran home and jumped on YouTube and found a way too attempt to fix the phone. The phone prompted to dialogue boxes on the computer when I plugged it up either update it or factory restore. I tried updating it four times. It would not take the update. It ended up factory restoring on its own. I lost so many files and phone numbers. Why isn’t Apple held accountable for these types of things?
