_windowserver using 95% of cpu

I have a MacBook Air M3 2024 8GRam 256G Sequoia 15.3.1 (6 months use) and for the first time ever my mac started being very slow and I only had excel opened with at most 20 equations so I don't se how that's the problem. It actually happend monday 3/03/25 and today 6/03/25 (dd/mm/year) and both times after restarting the macbook all retorned to normal but it will likely happen again and i don't know why.

Notes: I have about have of the memory still free (128G or smth) and both times my macbook was not hot just very slow. Both times I had excel open and barely nothing else (today literally nothing else).

So, help pls :)?
