My iPhone 12Pro gave a battery unverified error after installing 18.3.1 iOS and now keeps on freezing and restarting every 30 seconds. Any solution??? Cannot even backup or reset it.

Ammarkm ~ If the battery is still the original, it could be 4½ years old. And the long process of applying an iOS update to an iPhone with a weak, aging battery can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back."
So, if it eventually starts normally, let us know what the Maximum Capacity % is here:
Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

Is the phone caught in a "restart loop"? If not try a force restart and see if that solves the problem.

In case you acquired the iPhone used, you can check if the battery has been replaced. Go to Settings > General > About

No nothing was changed. I was using it normally and then suddenly the error came and phone froze and restarted. Been restarting since and not charging.
