I think you mean Apple Cash. That is a private transaction between two parties and after you give them money, the only way to get it back is if they send it back to you. That is why Apple says to only send Apple Cash to people you know. Cancelling is possible only if they have not received it. A cash transaction is the same as giving someone on the street money.
