Mac internet recovery errors 2001f, 2005f, 2003f

The MacBook Pro (2019/20) belonged to my previous employer who used Jamf to manage their MacBooks. They have released from Jamf and I am trying to recover from the internet but each time I get an error which seems to relate to issues with the internet I am using, I also tried from my phone which has good 5G but same problem again.

The first error was 2001f, then 2005f, then 2003f

Would welcome any suggestions on how to fix this, it was working normally before.

thanks

Is that the code(?) or is it more correctly -2001f, -2005f, -2003f

In the Internet Recovery those low negative thousands error messages indicate that your Wi-Fi Network is inadequate in some manner and can not be accessed.

Verify your Date & Time and the Time Zone are correct in your system Settings if you can boot and access Settings

if you have Ethernet port connect to the Router using Ethernet and compare your results.

Grant Bennet-Alder has summed it up best in his list here:

Hidden Network name

required use of a proxy server to get Internet access

required use of a login page to get Internet access

Use of a login server or certificate to get Internet access

Use of PPPoE in the Mac to get Internet access (typically only applies to DSL)

Use of Fixed IP address rather than the more common DHCP

Difference of the time by more than five minutes compared to Apple Servers.

Failure of Router to provide workable DNS server addresses, or providing 0.0.0.0 [may produce -2002f]
