stuck cd in a macbook pro

Assuming the drive (or disk) isn't physically damaged and blocking the system:

Shut down the MacBook Pro

Using either a wired mouse or the trackpad, hold the mouse/trackpad button down.

Power on the MacBook Pro - while still holding the mouse/trackpad button -

The drive should eject automatically.
