No, you cannot.
Find My is the only electronic means available to you to track your phone – assuming, that is, that you had it turned on. Carriers might be able to track phones by IMEI in the case of life and death emergencies or when served with a warrant by law enforcement, but they can't be bothered doing that for everyday lost & stolen phones.
