Hi, I cannot access my Mac. I have tried putting in the password multiple times and I know it’s the right password because I just changed a few weeks back.

You may be confusing the Mac user account login password with the Apple Account (Apple ID) password. Two different and unrelated passwords.

I even changed my password through my phone and tried putting the new password still cannot get in to MacBook
