Cardiovascular tone on Apple Watch.

Good morning, on my Apple Watch series 8 with watchOS 11.3.1 that I have been wearing since October 2022, I recorded a sudden drop in cardiovascular tone: between day 4 and day 11 of February 2024, the value dropped from 34.8 to 25.3. What could be the cause?

Heart rate inaccuracy on my Apple Watch Series 8 during the first 10 minutes of a run Almost every single time I run on the treadmill, the first 10 minutes or so I get a wildly inaccurate heart rate reading on my Series 8 watch. Like 30-40 beats per minute off. It used to be just occasional but now it’s every run. Makes it impossible to trust my stats, which is kind of the point of the watch. High spikes in Heart rate My Apple Watch has been showing irregular spikes in heart rate, it may be at 85bpm at 3.54pm then 166 bpm at 3.55,20 secs then 90 bpm at 3.56. This is distressing, I already stress over enough things. I have checked with dr and had ecg and checked my heart with cardiac CT. All js normal. its a shame apple can’t put a fix in to check if there is a high reading to check if it’s still at that rate.

Did you enter a new Age Range? My VO2estimate dropped 5 points when I reached the next age range two years ago. Took me a lot of effort to get those points back again.

Thanks for the tip, but my age range hasn't changed: as you can see from the two screenshots the range has dropped by 10 points from above average to below average in just 5 days:
