Heart rate inaccuracy on my Apple Watch Series 8 during the first 10 minutes of a run

Almost every single time I run on the treadmill, the first 10 minutes or so I get a wildly inaccurate heart rate reading on my Series 8 watch. Like 30-40 beats per minute off. It used to be just occasional but now it’s every run. Makes it impossible to trust my stats, which is kind of the point of the watch. It’s not the band, it’s not a sweat barrier, it’s not my heart. What gives?

Did you try to wear the watch 1-2cm further away from the wrist?

The movement of my watch arm pushes the watch towards the wrist and the heart rate sensor loses the signal, until I either push it back a bit or make sure before the workout, that it is sitting at the right spot for treadmill workouts, Outdoor Walks or Outdoor Cycling.

Plus, if I wear the Ocean Band instead of the Alpine Loop, the watch stays in place and the sensor works from the start.
