I've noticed that heart rate data has been showing low rate of 0.. is this accurate? Would it be capturing long pauses in heart beats? Or is this a glitch.

0 is not accurate, if you have a heartbeat of 0 you should be in cardiac arrest. Please restart the watch to see if the issues persist, and if you're worried, you might want to visit your primary care doctor. You have only 1 heart and it is essential for you being alive
