I noticed on the call log this is an outgoing call. But instead of a regular number it's 000-000-0000.
Any ideas why this is? I have been called from 000-000-0000 before, I always thought they were spam. But this is listed as outgoing on my grandson's cell activity log.

Check the list of contacts on your grandson's cell and see if they are using spoof call apps.
