iPhone 16 Pro Max Won’t Gain Charge

I bought my iPhone 16 Pro Max 20 days ago cycle count is only 17!, and now it won’t gain charge through usb C port only gains wirelessly using MagSafe 20W i sent back my phone to Apple Service center in my country and they told me they will change the motherboard not the phone! And as you kniw if they change the motherboard (Camera, Battery and Display) message appears on settings. What should I do?

I did

Restored my phone with Latest version using iTunes
Force Restart
Factory data reset

and nothing happens only showing Charging but it won’t gain even %1

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.
