I replaced my default wallpaper with a picture I took. Now I want to return to my default wallpaper. I did this.
The picture is still there as my wallpaper! I’ve repeated these steps over numerous times. HELP!
Try a different path: Lock the iPhone. While on the lock screen, press and hold a finger until the wallpaper shrinks and a Customize button appears. Slide the wallpaper shown right or left to select which wallpaper you want, and then tap again to select.

Deleting a photo from your Photo Library will have absolutely no impact upon your Wallpaper. When using a photo from your Photo Library, the image is copied to the Wallpaper.
