I'm running a Mac mini, with Apple M2 Pro chip, Sequoia 15.3.1. In Safari, I am trying to download images from the Library of Congress. I have cleared my cache. I have set the settings to ask me every time, where I want the image saved. A. It never asks me. B. I don't get the image...it just doesn't download it. What are my next steps?

Try a different browser and compare your results...
I have no problem at all downloading the images on Chrome. It's instant on Chrome.
Safari won't Download Images
