How do I reactivate eSIM on a new iPhone 16?
can't get SOS to go away. doesn't recognize Wifi or cellular

So I guess we need to ask some basic questions. Who did you buy the iPhone16e from? Is the new iPhone 16e carrier locked or unlocked? If you purchased the new phone online from Apple you are required to pick a carrier if you are financing it through Apple. Did that happen? How are you trying to activate the iPhone 16e eSIM? You can't do this without Verizon’s cooperation. Is this your first phone or do you already have a Verizon plan on a different phone? Have you contacted Verizon about switching from the old phone to the new phone?
The Verizon sales staff responded. No help there.
