Have you ever had the battery replaced in your iPhone X? If not, the battery is failing. They don't last forever and when Battery Health dips to 80% or less, the useful life of the battery has been spent and you either pay Apple to replace the battery or a better option since iPhone X cannot run iOS 17 or the now current iOS 18, it would be a much better use of the money to put it toward a newer, more modern iPhone.
