Spellcheck app that will check a whole block of text at once?

I remember the beginning of spellcheck on word, etc, where it would underline misspelled words in red, but you'd ignore them and then after you were done, you could go up to the menu and select "check spelling" and it would open a window and go through every spelling mistake, and you could just approve each one, then move on to the next one.

Currently, the MacOS spell check requires me to right click on every red underlined word, scroll up through dialog box full of mostly non-spell check stuff to the top, where there are correct spelling suggestions.

It just takes forever. Especially with mac's scissor keyboard, I might make 20 spelling mistakes and that means right clicking and moving up the menu and selecting the right one 20 times, which is just a ridiculous process.

I can't seem to find a spell checker that will go through blocks of text like this though, letting me do it all at once.

I'd love an app that just let me select a block of text I wrote anywhere, right click or click on a menu bar icon and do it all at once like word used to be.

Any suggestions? I'd love something for MacOS and iOS. But at least MacOS.

Grammarly isn't really what I'm looking for, I don’t want an app to rephrase things for me or any AI bs. I just want spell checking in a fast once over way.
