Buy yourself several different blood analyzers, draw your own blood and have fun with your double blind study of one participant. Any so called analysis you come up with would be meaningless because of your small study group size.
iPhone users in some countries can contribute to medical studies. If available in your region country download the Apple Research app.

Best of luck with your research.
I disagree. I have seen professionals who are not competent or interested. I will export the data into a spreadsheet and do my own calculations. Medical professionals also don’t always look at data from iPhones. The ones I have spoken to also encourage your own research. There are also medications which are left up to the individual to take or not. Health app data would be useful here too. I imagine supplements would also be interesting.
