Why can't I connect to the App Store after signing in with my Apple ID?

havjng Issue with AppStore. When I am signed out of the Apple ID App Store doesn’t say can’t connect to AppStore. And I can go to App Store with no problems. But once I sign in it would say can’t connect to App Store. I have tired all method I seen online and comments from other people having just issue with connect connect. If anyone can help.
