Can’t find the Messages Settings

Obviously iPhone settings get rearranged all the time, like when I simply tried to find the Messages settings that used to be right under Settings but are now under Settings > Apps but Google searches still almost all come up saying it is directly under Settings. Maybe do a better job updating search engine results to keep the current information surfacing instead of out of date info?
