Cannot get Reminders Smart List to Sync to iCloud

I created a Smart List on my Mac and cannot see it on iCloud, however, I can see it on my iWatch and iPhone and it updates. I cannot see it in my reminders list on iCloud (web). Has this occurred to anyone else and is there a solution? I and using a 3rd party App called Fantastical and it looks for Reminders and Appointments on iCloud and consolidates them in one App. Every Reminders list and Calendar shows up in Fantastical except my smart Reminders list because it's not synced with iCloud.
