KNOTS LANDING Complete Series "There's a problem uploading this content..."

I've been in the process of purchasing KNOTS LANDING The Complete Series off of Apple TV, usually two episodes every few days. The price on the total purchase goes down every time an episode is purchased. However, after purchasing a few episodes from that collection, I can no longer purchase any more. I keep getting "There's a problem uploading this content... please check your internet connection". I can still purchase individual seasons however, but I'd rather not since I've already purchased quite a number of episodes from the "complete collection". Is there anyone else who has encountered this problem? My internet connection is fine. I think there's a glitch on Apple TV's end but am not sure how to go about informing them of this. Any advice please? I've been waiting for this series for what seems like forever...

I’ve had the same issue. I chatted with them online about it, and when they couldn’t resolve someone called me. They were very nice about it, but they couldn’t resolve the issue either. They said they were reporting to their content programming department (or something like that), so I assume it will somehow work itself out at some point, but I’m not holding my breath. I’ve heard they may be remastering to hd too, so that may be messing with things?

Thanks for chiming in. I'm glad it's not me then. What's odd is that the first 9 seasons are no longer available from the box set when originally they were... I was ordering the episodes piece meal and got the first two from Season 1 downloaded. Now it looks like S1E02 isn't even available. Weird for sure... As for their remastering to HD, I doubt that they're even doing so. TPTB felt the show didn't warrant DVD releases after the first two were released due to low sales and (what they perceived as) a lack of interest, so for them to do a 180 and go through the expense of remastering the episodes now doesn't make much sense on their part... unless the process for doing so has substantially gotten less expensive through the years? Who knows... Thanks again for commenting! I really appreciate it!
