How do I fix my iPad mini unresponsive to touch issue?

Hello , my iPad mini won’t respond to touch or Touch ID , my assistive touch won’t work , can’t unlock the phone and I have did a force restart with volume up and down and pressing the Touch ID button nothing ! It is updated to the latest version I have more than enough storage it just stop working this morning .
