Troubleshooting Do not Disturb:

I can think of a whole bunch of things you can try. Here are just a few. Report back if any of these work:

• Doublecheck your settings: Use Notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

• Check what is Allowed: Notifications: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

• Reenable DND: If DND is already enabled, then disable it, and then enable it once more.

• Restart your iPhone: Sometimes major changes(ie update installs) are made to your iPhone, and the issues occur. Go here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

• Close All Open Apps: An app or two may not be responding in the background. So, close all apps, including this one. Hold your finger down as you swipe up from the bottom-left to the top-right corners. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly, one-app-at-a-time.

• Bug Fixes: Updates contain bug fixes. So, update your iPhone). Back Up First: IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update. Restart your iPhone after the update, and then back it up.

Do your Part: Being suspicious of a bug, most certainly this bug to Apple. Apple won't get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what bugs are occurring and what needs to be fixed. Apple will know nothing of this occurrence, if you don’t report it to them.
