Bottom 4th and Side Flickering Screen on MacBook Pro 13

The horizontal bottom fourth and an inch wide vertical right side of my MacBook Pro 13 is flickering. I have power-off numerous times, hoping to resolve the issue with no luck (can’t log in again, as I can’t see the portion to put in my password and attempting to do it blindly was not successful - a loud at any attempt).

I have attempted the SMC and PRAM resets with no success.

I have checked and there are no indications of damage to the scene or evidence of external damage.

I would most appreciate any assistance.

Friendly advice for future reference: when posting in the Community for assistance it is always helpful to also include the model year of the computer/device and the OS that it is running.

In this case that info would be marginally helpful because this sounds like a hardware issue that will need to be addressed by a qualified technician.
