Fix Less than a minute stuck on MacBook Pro

You can force a shutdown by deep pressing the power button until the computer shuts down.

Tip: first turn on the caps lock light and so you can use that as an indicator for when the computer has actually shut down.

You can then restart the computer normally.

With the solid Apple on the screen, the Caps-Lock key should be "live" if your Mac has Not crashed.

if your Mac has crashed, the CapsLock will not light, so you may not always be able to use that as an indicator.
