Canon Pixma Pro 100 not showing up after updating drivers and firmware

I haven't printed photos in a while, and my printer showed up, and showed low ink levels. I put new ink in and it still showed low ink; it was connected by wi fi successfully. I tried several things and then downloaded new driver and firmware which was installed. I also downloaded new utility from Canon. I have tried with usb and without and printer does not show up in settings. Any ideas?
