How do I appeal a denied App Store refund for an accidental subscription purchase?

I accidentally purchased a subscription to a Music app. I immediately realized my error and canceled the subscription and asked the App Store for a refund explaining that I had the app for less than one minute. $6.53 for less than one minute.

They denied my refund with no explanation as to why. So I appealed it, and they denied it again, also with no explanation.

I called the helpline for the App Store, and all the people would tell me was some crap about “policy“. So when I asked what the policy was, they couldn’t tell me and wanted to send me a link to terms and conditions which I already have. Not to mention that the way they write terms and conditions is so long and confusing that no one ever reads it.

I feel like they stole my money. I canceled it, so I’m not using the app, I deleted it off of my phone immediately because I didn’t mean to pay for a subscription and it wasn’t the app that I needed anyway. So why am I denied a refund for something that I never used?

calling the App Store support line is absolutely useless. They wasted an hour of my time, and were no help at all. They couldn’t explain any of their policies, yet they kept pointing back to “policy“. The only thing they were clear about is that I was given a decision which was a denial for a refund, I appealed it, and the decision to deny me was final and couldn’t be appealed again.

Is there someone within the Apple organization that would actually be helpful as far as this goes?
