An iPad is not designed for self repair. If you have disassembled or attempted repair of your iPad, you have forfeited all technical or future hardware support by Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - as neither will assist with a failed repair conducted outside of Apple's network of AASPs.
