Why can't I remove a card with an active purchase from Apple Wallet?

I was going through my settings and all of of sudden I seen my wallet looking like it was adding a debit card to it and I was not in. I was not the one doing this so I went to look at that part of the wallet and I seem like all my cards were not visible so I had to go to another part of the app and look for what cards were on there and I looked and I removed them all the only one I said I couldn’t remove was one because they said there was a active purchase or something going on on that I don’t know what it is. Is there anyway that you can find out cause it’s supposed to be something through Apple.

You are not in the Apple Wallet app. You are viewing payment methods (cards) you have on file with Apple in your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID and iCloud account). Subscriptions are legal agreements that you are bound to pay until the subscription ends or is canceled by the subscriber. If you cancel the subscription, you can remove the payment method(s).
