How to cancel eos membership?

I’ve been an EOS Fitness member for a while, but I need to cancel my subscription now. I’m using my iPad (iPadOS 18) and wondering if there’s a way to do it online through their site or app, or if I have to call. Has anyone canceled EOS Fitness from an Apple device before? I’ve heard it can be a hassle, and I’d appreciate any tips to make it quick and easy. Thanks!
