Charging cable for iPhone 16 Plus won't fit

tried booth ends of the cable that came with the phone and it won’t go in the brand new phone

Both ends should be the same. USB-C.


Either end should fit the port at the bottom of the iPhone. It's a USB-C port.


Are you using a case? If so, it may be obstructing the port. Remove the case and try again.


Otherwise, make sure you are inserting the cable correctly into the iPhone.


It would also be helpful if you take a picture of the cable , nothing sides and post it here, so we can see what you have and a picture of your iPhone's port.
