Attempting to download the Venmo app, you are required to add a payment method before you can download.
It states that your card will not be charged and my card was charged $46.09, why did I get charged?

If your card is attempting to be charged when you add it, then that means you have a previous charge that has not processed and you still owe that money. Review your Purchase History here and you should be able to identify what that charge was for.

It was Apple that charged me. I had no issues with my Samsung phone.
