Why is my iPhone blocking calls from my wife's number?

My iPhone blocks my wife from calling me but her number is not blocked on my phone

My iPhone 14 incoming calls are going straight to voicemail When my friend tries to call me, it’s sending her straight to voicemail. She is not blocked. We can receive each others texts just fine. I can call her. (She uses android if that matters). It’s only her number that I can’t receive calls from. I already tried calling my carrier. They don’t know. Reset the network settings ,remove the contact and re add it.

Once done restart the device and check if the problem is solved or not.
