How does Indoor Maps Program work?

We currently provide location-aware SDKs to our clients. We want to enable it for indoor locations and have registered with Apple's Indoor Location Maps Program. After registering on the site, we have not heard back. I have gone through this process twice in the last couple of months.

Can someone please advise on how long it takes or if I am missing something? Thanks!

Adding new streets in Apple maps I moved into a new residential development in January 2025. Apple maps does not have the new street information in it. When Amazon delivers a package, whether I get it or not depends on whether the driver uses an iPhone or an Android device. If they use Apple maps, the package gets delivered to an address on Cedar Place, rather than Path Place. I have gotten to know the nice lady on Cedar Place but I'm sure she'd rather not be notifying me when she gets my orders. If the Amazon driver uses Google maps - I get the package. I include specific directions in my Amazon order, but they are not always read. It's been over six month, I thought Apple maps would have updated in the time. Is there anyway I can get my street added to Apple maps. I'm sorry but I don't have an Apple device so I can't request the update through the Apple maps app. Thank you!

Offline maps apps on iPad mini 4 I have two offline maps apps installed but I’m having trouble using them. They can't find my location. The apps are OS Maps and Maps.me. I need to use them offline as I don’t have a mobile contract. In the Privacy setting, the Location services are set to ‘on’ and tracking is also ‘on’. In the Maps setting, Location is set to ‘while using apps or widgets’ and Precise Location is set to ‘on’ What else can I try? Thanks for reading Helen
