Pin Location Services to Control Center
Is there a way to add this to the /Home drop down as I only turn on Location when needed aka Maps else it'll need to be turned off, so needed this one touch solution

Location is not an available control. You could ask Siri to turn it on or off. You could also create a Shortcut that does what you want and add that to the Control Center.
