Get rid of predictive text in Messages and Mail

Sequoia decided that I need help answering my messages and emails. How to get rid of those annoying predictive phrases?

The feature is turned off in Keyboard to no avail. The phrases continue to appear regardless.

This suggestion is in all other forums with the same question (e.g. link )
and in all of them, it is said that it does not work. Nobody had yet provided a correct answer. The Keyboard Show inline predictive text does not work. That is what my question is about. Considering that it does not work, how can we get rid of those phrases?
