Is this a scam email?

I received the following email from no_reply@email.apple.com today:

Dear [me],

Your Apple Account, [my email address], was just used to accept Apple Store [ Version 870463156; support url is http://store.apple.com/au/help/shopping_experience] on a computer or device that has not previously been used. You may also be receiving this email if you’ve reset your password since your last purchase.

If you initiated this action, you can disregard this email. It was only sent to alert you in case you did not initiate this yourself.

If you did not initiate this action, we recommend that you go to iforgot.apple.com to change your password, then see Apple Account: Security and your Apple Account for further assistance.
