My app opens with something went wrong retry. Press retry and nothing happens. i have a app which shows something is wrong retry but nothing happens when i press retry. closing and reoping only shows same message

You might want to try quitting the app, re-starting your iPad , and then reopening the app:

(ie:Resarting deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, may update recent setting changes, etc, and often restores order if something is not working as expected.)
Else: If ithe app is a third-party {non-Apple} app, does the app need up-dating to remain compatible with your iPadOS version.
