Unable to find display zoom under "Display and Brightness" on my iPad

I just purchased my first IPad, 10th generation. Some of my apps appear to be magnified. I have read to click on Display Zoom under Display and Brightness, but I don't have that option. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank!
