How do I change the language of system apps to Russian on iPhone?

The Russian language is enabled on the iPhone, but for some reason the system applications (like AppStore) are in English. How can I switch all applications to Russian?

The App Store language is controlled by your Apple Account's region. If you have the region set to US or any other English speaking country it will present in that language.

You can't have the US App Store in Russian.

You can try going to the settings for each app and checking whether there is a language choice menu present.

There is no language setting for the App Store or any other system app. There's the main language for the device or the language set from the Apple Account settings.
