cancel subscription Leak Guard: Digital Security

my iPad kept flashing pop ups saying my iPad was full needed clean up so going thru all the searches this leak guard came on desperate I clicked on the link signing into program, so I get message informing me I had subscribed into a program that was going to charge me 10.dollars a week if I didn't-cancel my subscription problem there is no information of any subscription? i need to cancel this soon as possible I cannot afford it I am 81 years old living off what I can get please help!

If you downloaded it from the App Store, and it activated a subscription, it should be visible in your account settings.

Follow the steps in the support document linked below to find and cancel it.

If it's not on your account as explained in the support document, then you either did not actually initiate a subscription or did so in some other way.


Looking into it a bit, I find this app on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/leak-guard-digital-security/id6740814640


It however does not appear to have a website at all/. So if the subscription is not on your account as explained in the support document linked previously, then maybe you did not actually initiate any subscription with it.
