I recently came across proof of my neighbor hacking my device. The cops were called, but she will not stop when I looked up devices on my iPhone 14 and said macOS logged into your device through a Mac computer. How can I find out if it’s her?

Where did you look that sad a Mac logged into your device?
If that was from Facebook, Google, or another service, then that is not unusual as they are unable to correctly identify a device. They do know what browser was used and that would have been Safari, which is also on a Mac.You can contact that service where it was reported for additional information and if you need to do something to secure your account there.
To find out devices that are logged into your Apple Account, go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom of the screen and review the devices that are logged into your account.
