I already set my ringer to the lowest, but it is still sound loud, whole office can hear my notification sound. I don't want to set it to silent, I just want to set to low so the sound is barely there when I receive messages or call.

How are you changing sound setting? If you are using the physical buttons on left side of iPhone maybe in Settings > Sound & Haptics > the Change with Buttons is OFF. If it is you can turn that ON or make the adjustment just above in RINGTONE AND ALERTS setting.

Maybe you’re accidentally increasing the volume of the ringtone after you exit Settings. Turn “Change with Buttons” off.
Also, Force Restart your device.
Is the device fully updated? Check that too. Settings > General > Software update. It should be on iOS 18.3.2.

Thanks for screen shot. The only thing I can suggest is have you tried a different ring tone and still get a loud ring? Still volume should not be loud on low setting.

Sorry for delay getting back and thanks for Focus icon info. The only other thing I can suggest is try using Hey Siri to lower ringtone volume. If no help there then if you are close to an Apple Store have an Apple tech run diagnostic on your iPhone.

Updated my post with screenshot, and I already stated I set my ringer volume to the lowest already and yes I use the physical button. Still the sound of my notification play through every ears on my office like it was their phone that rings.
Yup. Tried change ring tone, still the same.

Ok. On your screenshot the icon next to the time in upper left corner; do you know what that is for? I don't recognize it. Not sure if it is relevant or not.
Its Focus, that icon when im at work (which will silences a few notifications)
FYI, I already tried using the standard Focus. but still, the tone is too loud.
