Ringer sound problem
Ringer rings once then continuing rings are very quiet. Need for it to ring loudly multiple times consistently.

Do you happen to know if your iPhone is set up for Attention Aware? That's explained at Turn Attention Aware features on or off on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support. This means that the iPhone may lower the volume of alerts if it senses that you're looking at the display.
