Macbook pro camera turns off after a few seconds

I've seen a bunch of posts about this issue, with support tickets opened, but never a resolution posted. Intel MBP, 2020 vintage. Camera works for a few seconds to a minute after a reboot, then dies (led turns off, too). Resetting NVRAM, SMC doesn't fix it. Software updates don't fix it. Changing user doesn't solver problem. Hardware test shows no problem. Same problem for Facetime, Photobooth, Zoom. Does anyone know the solution?

Camera is not working, green indicator light sometimes comes on without any reason. Macbook pro (Apple M1 Pro) I have the built in camera issue on my Macbook pro (Apple M1 Pro) MacOS 13.5.1 (22G90) Camera is not working in any app, even in Photo Booth. The green indicator light comes when I open some apps or sometimes after restart. Built in diagnostic shows camera failure code NDC001. There is no physical damage.
