What does "SUOSUErrorDomain error 203" mean during macOS Sequoia update?

Hello,

Attempting to update a MB Air M3 2024 from Sequoia 15.3.1 to 15.3.2. Download went fine but when I clicked "Restart Now" I received the error "The operation couldn't be completed (SUOSuErrorDomain error 203.) What does this mean? I'm going to hold off on updating for now because that does not seem promising that the update has been adequately tested.
